Why should you want to change anyway? Think about the relationship in question! For whose sake should you change? Be careful with this answer - we do not want to nurture destructive co-dependent behaviors.
Are you trying to please others or yourself? What choice-changes can satisfy you and others around you? List specific behaviors! List the reasons you should or should not change.
How long can you sustain the changes?
